ACC Guidelines - Architectural Control Committee
The front entry and exit gates will remain open from 7:00am-8:00pm daily, then automatically close after hours.
Entering When Gates are Closed: Use your 4-digit access code or a transmitter (FOB, remote control) to enter the Community. Remember to always press the # key prior to entering your 4-digit code. Not pressing the # key before entering your code will likely call another resident’s home in error.
Entering with a remote-control transmitter (FOB): If you purchased a remote-control transmitter (FOB), press the button on your transmitter as you enter the Community. The remote should work up to 50 feet from the entry panel. If the gate does not open, check the remote to make sure that the small red light on it flashes when you press the button. If the red light does not come on, it may be that you need to replace the battery. Contact Clare Ramirez if changing the battery does not fix the problem.
Guest Entrance: Guests arriving after 8PM will need to locate your name on the control panel. Once they find your name they will press the CALL button. Your designated phone will ring. Once you ascertain who is calling, if you want them to enter, press the 9 on your keypad to let them through.
Exiting the Community: there is a sensor by the EXIT gate that will sense your vehicle approaching and open the gate. Slowly drive up toward the gate, wait for the gate to fully open, then exit. Do not tailgate other vehicles who may be exiting ahead of you. REMINDER: PLEASE WAIT FOR GATES TO FULLY OPEN BEFORE PROCEEDING THROUGH. PLEASE DRIVE SLOWLY THROUGH GATES.
If you observe a problem with the gate, please contact Clubhouse Office. The afterhours/emergency phone number is 1800-870-0010
